About Me
Greetings! I'm Milo Quiroz, owner of Downrange Bike Works. My journey began with the honor of serving in the U.S. Army, a chapter that led me to Iraq in 2004. During that time, I was humbled to be awarded the Purple Heart Medal for the gunshot wounds I sustained in combat operations.
Amidst the trials, I discovered solace in the world of mountain biking. These two wheels became more than just a mode of transportation – they became my escape. I found a profound connection with the outdoors, and my bikes became trusted companions.
My love for mountain biking goes beyond the thrill of the ride; it extends to the meticulous art of wrenching on these beautiful machines. Whether it's fine-tuning gears or ensuring your bike is in top-notch condition, I am dedicated to the craft of keeping fellow riders ride-ready.

In addition to convenient drop-off options, I'm pleased to provide free pick-up and delivery services in the Daybreak area for services over $100.
In the Community
As the owner and operator of Downrange Bike Works, I believe in giving back to the community. As a veteran-owned small business, I’m dedicated to serving the cycling community in meaningful ways. So far this year, I volunteered at the 2024 Veterans Golden Age Games, offering free pre-race tune-ups and race-day support. I also provided race-day mechanic support for the Herriman High School Mountain Bike Team during the Butterfield NICA Races. Additionally, I offer a 25% discount on services for NICA riders and coaches, supporting the next generation of cyclists.
